WHEREAS Ron Kim has impacted the City of Saratoga Springs' ability to conduct business through his ineffective leadership in the office of the Mayor; WHEREAS Ron Kim has relinquished his responsibilities to conduct City Council meetings per the Saratoga Springs City Charter; WHEREAS Ron Kim has irreparably harmed the reputation of the City of Saratoga Springs though his behavior, actions and words since being elected to the position of the Mayor; the residents of SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY demand his immediate resignation.
